make sure you get a written quotation before getting the job done. took my father's car there, I was quoted around $200 for two small rips in driver's seat when I went to pick the vehicle up, price was $560 more than double without a warring or notification, the manager there did not even care. very disappointed.

Inquired re a retractable sun shade/screen - took me through the display and very knowledgeable about different materials and finishes. Discussed the finish desired and recommended the best option. Proceeded with sale, very fast and efficient service and subsequent installation. Friendly and professional, with excellent workmanship. Will be back to order a second unit.

I called them four times, send a detailed email with the dimensions for a mattress covering job. Every call they said, that I will get a quote in the afternoon, tree days in a row! So I stopped calling them and I didn't heard anything till today...

My husband went into this business to ask a simple question about whether a pair of material/leather shoes could have one small patch fixed on each shoe. The service he received was appalling, a most abrupt rude person at the counter who quite clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Will not be back with a larger job I wanted a quote on - suggest you learn a few manners. Awful person.
