I would not recommend this company.They took fifteen months to complete a plan for a retaining wall at the back of my property, ignored phone calls and texts. On the odd occasion when my calls were answered I was told plans will be ready next week" and still the months passed by.When plans were finally submitted to the council they were twice rejected due to omissions of relevant details.This lax approach has caused considerable financial loss for us as the cost of materials has greatly increased and as the work is part of a subdivision we have suffered further losses due to falling property prices.Perhaps there should be a provision for a negative star rating."
