Lady on Sunday 3-4 pm refused to sold items.. than in five minutes she decided to sell.. first time seeing in retail stores.. poor customer service as she’s..

The lady’s that work here are SO friendly and helpful. They have always been quick to show us the affordable options and what’s been popular because it’s helpful like the ricochet thermals that are more affordable and seem to just keep growing with your baby for what seems like forever! They have also given us some pretty generous discounts for larger items. They never try and sell you stuff you don’t need and have often told us when something isn’t necessary or if there is a better alternative.Absolutely 5 stars!

Awful service, had 2 car seats in stock which were sale items, told me they wouldn’t give one to me even though I was paying for it on the day because they were unpaid for but “on hold” for other people. Contacted head office and was told sale items could not be put on hold in stores. When mine finally arrived in I was told a long winded story with empty apologies about why I couldn’t have one of the ones in store the day I paid which just made it seem like the staff knew the people they were on hold for and wanted some sort of commission on the sales. Staff member also implied I couldn’t afford the more expensive version by telling me I should get one of the kids parents to pay the extra $300 for it (I was purchasing the car seat for my car for my Nephew).

I bought from this store several times and I did trust about the return policy which said we can return goods in the original condition as purchased in case we change our mind in 30 days. I asked first time to return the item as it is not suit for my boy and they refused to give credit voucher cause the item is already opened. Who gonna know that we like it or not if we do not open it. Furthermore the recline does not work properly as it can not keep my boy upright.... Staff is friendly but do not trust on this return policy when you buy the item in the store cause they will not accept the return so be careful when you make decision to buy, once you open the box, it is done.

Kerry helped me chose a baby seat for my grandchild. I went back to her help with fitting as it was a bit loose. She was fabulous. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother - she would be an excellent role model for many shop assistants. Thank you Kerry

Unfortunately I purchased a car seat online during level 4 lockdown it arrived covered in mould they then sent me a replacement which also arrived covered in mould :( waste of $270

I've always had amazing staff who are happy to help or explain what they can't get in, don't have, any delays.

They made me feel absolutely awful because I wanted to return a new baby bottle.I have been to this store many times and always had good experiences.Today I went in to return a new bottle and to buy some cot sheets. After I explained this I got a strange look. I was told someone had called earlier asking if they could return a bottle that they had already used and they were told they couldn’t. They said that it was very strange that I was there now to return a bottle. The manager was called. The bottle packaging, which I had never opened, was opened and checked. I was told with an accusing look that they would take it back this time.They made me feel awful. Their behavior was very unprofessional. I don’t know who called their store earlier. It seems obvious to me as they told the person they wouldn’t take back a used bottle that they kept it. Either way it had nothing to do with me. Why would you treat a good customer this way?I am definitely not going back and do no longer recommend this place.

Bought our car seat from Kerry in the Dunedin store two years ago she was extremely helpful and gave us info on all models. I just had issues today hooking up the isofix so rang Kerry again as we are 3 hours away, she went above and beyond to help me on the phone and we got it all sorted Thankyou very much

The woman at the customer service was so rude or racist. It was my favourite place until today but now I don’t feel like going there at all.
