Poolside Taranaki

Poolside Taranaki have given us great service over many years.All staff are friendly and helpful.We are planning to upgrade our hot spring spa because I have eaten to much over Christmas Break and found that a 3 person spa is just to small for our family. The franchise owner Michael is very knowledgeable person and goes the extra mile to help their customers.If you want quality and back up service this is the place to go for your new spa.

Great until something goes wrong and then they run for the hills. I bought equipment from them, they installed it. It failed and they got the wholesaler to replace it....all good, but no interest in why it failed. Two months later it started to self destruct again... they stalled, disappeared, refused to answer texts or ph calls, hid out the back of the shop, borderline abusive when I asked what was happening. After 3 months I gave up and dealt with the wholesaler direct...it was an easy 15minute fix...essentially an installation error. Buyer beware.ps I now get supplies from Wanganui and apparently I'm not the only one!

Not a pleasant experience, have returned refurbished spa, have found awesome service at The Spa Shop Rotorua

Micheal was rather threatening. At no point during the conversation was I know who you are and where you're from" and then a mention of my home town needed. I simply wanted him to explain why if 2400 watts was not enough and could have caused the damage to the pool pump

The lady was not very helpful with my enquiryIt's like she couldn't wait for me to leave her shopI won't be returning back there

Our Hot Springs Spa was leaking all was good and pleasant at first but then the lady on the phone became very defensive to the point I wouldn’t deal with her and let my husband do it. After several months Micheal came out was pleasant and looked at a couple of things said to check water levels when we got back from our weekend away and let him know well that was August last year - his reply was that he would be in touch with a plan mmmmm still no plan. Not impressed— poor attitude and lack of service.

I went in a few weeks ago and asked the lady at the counter about which sort of hose would work with my pool pump. Another customer came in after us and was waiting. The lady serving us immediately became disinterested in what I was saying and kept looking over at the other customer. She eventually told me to wait as she would have to ask the other guy who was on the phone. She then went on to serve 4 other people while we waited then once they were all gone she finally went out back and asked the guy about my query. She then returned with a business card and told me to email them. Wasted my time completely. Disappointing service.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was met with a friendly smile and can do service , we were over the moon when our pool arrived early and delivered with all information clearly stated , excellent serviice were soooo overjoyed with our hot pool
