Squad Nation
Squad Nation is truly an amazing kaupapa. The whānau environment is welcoming, inclusive and encouraging. I not only trust that the workouts have been well thought-out, they are also carefully considered with alternative movements provided for those (me) who may need other options for whatever reason. What I love the most about Squad Nation is that it genuinely feels like I am part of what it means to build collective wellbeing and healing, not only physically but (w)holistically.
