I've had the absolute best experience booking a trip to Thailand and India with the help of Chloe from House of Travel. She was extremely professional, prompt to reply and always took the time to investigate all the possible options for us. We had a scare with a delay in Visa processing and 1 week out from our trip provided a Plan B to get the visa over the line before we went. We were very stressed at this stage and although the Visa did come through, the professionalism from Chloe and connections to a Visa Specialist to be able to offer a plan B was an enormous reassurance - cannot speak of her highly enough!

Chloe and the team provided excellent service to get us on our way ‘post’ Covid to Alaska, Las Vegas and Honolulu on a great value trip. There were no masks, people were out and about getting back to normal, everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend House of Travel, Royal Caribbean cruises, and Hawaiian Airlines.

Chloe is an absolute STAR I was running in circles a bit between having Chloe create travel plans and the BOT at the school having to deliberate and clear the leave. Chloe was patient and respectful and cheerful throughout (Considering it a multi-stop return trip to Paris)! Was awesome to be taken care of and would recommend!

We couldn’t speak highly enough of the fabulous professional service we received from Petra. Petra was “ on the button” all the way in a somewhat changing climate, gave us great advice over a number of areas, always willing to look at options and all done with quick but full responses and delivered with such enthusiasm and warmth. We thought we had worked with excellent agents previously …..Petra is out in front by miles.Needless to say a seamless trip from departure to arrival.

I'd like to thank Kelly-Ann from HOT. She was amazing, traveling in these covid times, Kelly-Ann helped us out every step of the way. Our flights changed while we were overseas, I didn't need to worry Kelly-Ann was onto it. I can highly recommend HOT and if you are lucky enough to have Kelly-Ann as your agent you are in great hands.

I recently had to travel overseas. Petra was very helpful and supportive all the time. I had to change one of my flights when I returned to NZ and even though we were in lockdown Petra was very attentive to my emails and helped me and my partner to go back home safely. I have booked my trips with House of Travel for the last few years with both Chloe and Petra and they have always provided a high quality service, they are so friendly and professional. I am really happy that they didn't close down, I would highly recommend House of Travel!

We had already booked a trip to the USA pre COVID, and Chloe had been excellent in getting our refunds sorted. So it was really a no brainer to deal with her again for a trip to Greece once the borders opened. Our expectation levels were high and she certainly didn't disappoint, giving us several options. Petra and her team are amazing. We have just done our first big trip back to the USA since Covid. Petra helped us with all our flight booking requirements and promptly contacted us when there were schedule changes which needed urgent attention. As a result we had seamless travel throughout the US. We did have a slight issue with some seating arrangements on the first part of our journey but Petra went into bat for us and it was all sorted quickly and to our satisfaction. Nothing was a problem and I am so glad to have her and her team behind us whenever we travel. Highly recommend.
