Jeremy is an absolute top guy to deal with. Very trustworthy and helpful when it comes to pre-purchase inspection. Buying a property can be exciting and stressful at the same time. Jeremy had the most important job during that process and I had complete trust in him. He has helped me checking out two different properties. Money was well spent on the inspection. His report was super thorough and he also explained things really well when I had any questions. Will recommend Jeremy to anyone.

I can not recommend Jeremy highly enough. He has inspected 2 properties for me. He has not only been quick and efficient, he has also provided an easy to read report which was really thorough. The best home inspectionor in town... he will give you call straight after the inspection.. very professional... Jeremy is the best among the inspector we met.. highly recommended if he is an essay i'll give him an A+.. LOL.. He wont just check the property just to earn money like other inspector does. He is the man for the job.. He is quite strict too in inspecting houses even smallest thing he will tell you.. we called him fussy lol which is good thing cause you know you are in good hand especially buying house. He'll make sure is livable and in good condition thank you so much Jeremy we recommend you to all our friends :)

My husband and I could not recommend Jeremy highly enough. Reliable, thorough, great communicator, and accomodating. It has been great to have someone to assess properties when we have not been able to view them ourselves (we are moving towns). Jeremy has gone great lengths to check the whole property from foundations, retaining walls, to roofs and gutters. Thanks for all your hard work.

We found homeinspect through Google. After having looked at the reviews we decided to ask Jeremy to do a pre-inspection for us. The property was tenanted but vacant for a month. Jeremy quoted us a very reasonable price along with a promise of short report turnaround time. Jeremy kept his promise and provided a thorough report for us. He also provided an amended report (in couple of hours!) when my bank had questions regarding the property. Jeremy was so professional and responsive. I highly recommend homeinspect to all those looking to book any kind of pre-inspection, especially to first home buyers as the budget can be tight for them. Thank you Jeremy!
