Fantastic service. Friendly and good communication all the way. We had a car bought down from Wellington to Christchurch. The car arrived on time and with no damage. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The price was also very good. The company was a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars.

Used them several times, always flawless, good communication, absolute reliable, friendly. Best courier I met so far.

Vehicle arrived damaged. Communication is average at best, if at all. They are refuting damage claims and have left me very frustrated. Wouldn't recommend if you want good service and communication and a good end result then don't use this company.

Ordered a set of rims x4 from a seller who shipped them through this company. Gave them a few calls and they were more than happy to update me about where they were and the expected time of arrival etc. No complaints.

My broken van was delivered safely and promptly from Nelson to Christchurch. Dion was really helpful, including liaising with another local firm to collect the van from a narrow access area. Highly recommended.

Bit of a mixed review.5 Stars for initial contact and driver pick up, however when enquiring whether the vehicle was still on schedule as it hadn't turned up at workshop, was informed it would be a week late due to lack of drivers and the vehicle was bigger than expected (measurements and description given prior to being given quote).Given this was only Blenheim to Kaiapoi and at no stage was this ever communicated, rating dropped to 0.After speaking to Admin who was very professional in her approach to the issue even with an irate customer on the phone, back to 2 stars.After another email to the Admin, was given the opportunity to keep booking and reschedule the date, which I accepted.4 stars due to the fact that although later than originally agreed the effort was made to put things right, which they did.

I used this company last week to transport a kitchen bench from CHCH to Nelson. They provided an excellent quick service at a great rate.The communication and friendly service was fantastic. Well done NVD.
