I prepaid for a deep clean at my home. The two men who turned up started out OK but then it quickly became obvious they were cutting corners, were lying about what they'd done (they said dirty marks were permanent and would not come off; I would then wipe the marks off with a damp cloth in front of them), and literally did not know how to clean--my windows were so smeared inside and out it was difficult to see out of them; their cleaning products left marks on my kitchen cupboards that I still cannot get off. After five hours of these men in my kitchen and living room doing I-don't-know-what but not cleaning, and lying, I became very uncomfortable and wanted them to leave. I certainly did not want them in our bedroom and bathroom spaces. When I kept calling CleaningPro to tell them what was going on and to get them to leave, the CleaningPro admin kept talking over me and insisting that they would stay till the job was done to my satisfaction; they would send people back the next day and the next until I was satisfied. But I did not feel safe and if someone cannot clean and don't know what clean is, then they will not be successful no matter how long they do it for. I was not given a full refund only partial because I was charged for the cleaning of my ovens" (even though I only have one). The experience was beyond disappointing and also felt unsafe."

These guys are great! I rang just after Christmas to get a lounge suite cleaned and they came the next day, also fitting in a mattress clean that day too. Fast, friendly service and good quality work. Thanks AJ, I will definitely be calling again!
