Set out spacious and comfortable. Wide aisles and variety of products available at reasonably prices. My grandsons know exactly where the toy section is.The selection of the latest toys, trains, Lego, transformers would delight any 3year old and 5year old. All ages. Fleets of Hot wheels and a carpet town layout map give them many Leisure hours of fun as do wooden train sets.

Don't believe the advertised price as they won't honor it.Had t-shirts, 4 for 9 dollars, and said nope that's not the price when was marked. Opened a dispute with head office and just got blown off. Kmart doesn't care and goes against the fair trading act.Shame on you Kmart.

In friendly staff at check out. I bought 4 pottery plates and 2 cups. I asked the lady at checkout dest if they can wrap them in case they broken when I drive on a bumpy road, she asked me have I paid for them and they can’t check out for me because of bala bala… So I went to the self checkout. While I was doing that the lady started checking out other customers… so obviously they have no problem to do checkout! And when I came back to let them wrap the plates, they said they can’t do it because they have nothing to wrap them up and the blond lady responded it in a rude manner! I was very upset that I was treated less than other customers, also the inconsistency of information they provide and how rude they manner was!

I got a few things of what I needed but there where a few products I couldn't get and a lot of selves where out of stock more than some other Kmart I've been to. I didn't find one or two of the staff very helpful when I could find a staff member. Customer Services and self checkout had 1 staff member on and she did help in between customers ,she was helpful. Parking was great .

I bought a assembled bike was full of steel shotpeen when I took it back karen the manager wanted me wait a week extremely poor service! i went in the next day and they had put my bike back on the rack without fixing the problem I picked up a replacement bike wasnt going to take no for an answer extremely disappointed in the lies and deception calmed the bike was out the back getting fixed when it was back up for sale beware buying a kmart bike sadly this could have been handled a lot better with decent management

So sick of what's written on the signs not matching the product you guys are especially bad for this. I always check but I got 3 pairs of tights and ofc one pair isn't what the sign said 3/4 are mixed with the full length pants. And then same thing with the long sleeve black tops you have 2 different sorts mixed up one stretchy and one not so annoying just wasted my money because you guys don't know how to stock shelves properly

Been in week after week looking for certain products they claim on their website is in stock but never is. Called them up and asked if the product was in stock to which I was told yes, went to the store and the product wasn’t in stock at all! Don’t claim you have stuff in stock on the shelves if you clearly do not!

Clean and tidy usually - good range of stuff. Staff at checkouts though sometimes have u waiting at self checkout for a bit … they need to just look for the help lights more often other than that all is good here.
