I was in Naseby trying to fix my gears on my mountain bike; and by special chance ,Richard from JRA Wanaka Cycling travelling by noticed we had no idea ....! Richard quietly and professionally fixed the gearing in 2 secs in a real friendly manner and I could highly recommend and fully appreciate his skilful contribution to our dilemma! .with many many thanks Richard

This is an excellent bike shop. I broke a spoke in Haast and called JRA for advice. Rick was super friendly and talked me through it. I took it in to the shop a couple days later and they had my bike fixed up in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Would highly recommend!!

I've taken two bikes in to JRA with great results. They finally got my downhill bike running smooth after months of creaking and grinding and they went above and beyond to get my hard tail race ready when I needed it. Best bike service experience I've ever had.
