Labtests

Wait lines are usually 1 hour long here. I have seen elderly people and pregnant women standing and waiting in the queue for long time. They do not have much staff in the morning and no longer do the priority blood check now. They should employ more people to reduce the wait times, specially on Monday morning.

Lately I need to go through a series of blood tests. I went to Labtests, Westgate on the first occasion. This was a bad experience, as you can see from the first photo. I believe the lady who attended to me was not properly trained for the job. So I decided to go to the Labtests, Henderson on the second occasion. I have all praises for them. The service was friendly and the lady who attended to me was professional and understanding. The following two more follow up occasions I visited Labpests, Henderson. All the three visits to Labtests, Henderson are good memories. Just look at the next three photos and judge for yourself. So if you need a blood test try Labtests, Henderson.

I come here fairly regularly and there is always a long wait on hard chairs and a fairly cold waiting room or since covid outside which is even worse. Truly unhelpful when a majority of people coming here have health issues. Once I actually get seen then the staff have always been excellent.

Handy to the hospital.. And doctors that's on the hospital grounds. Plenty of parking out the back if the building. They will take your blood for you :)

Lovely staff. Professional, and quick drawing blood. Can get a bit busy but can be avoided if you go very early.

Best time to go is mid morning (10.30am) quick, quiet! New systems in place and good amount of parking. Hadn't realised this moved from Lincoln Rd but it has. Very nice and well set out.

The barcode system is great, although some people are confused with the scanning of barcodes, lab can get very busy so dont expect to be seen straight away. Although plenty of parking it can still get quite full very quickly. Friendly staff.

One of the best lab tests I’ve being to and I’ve been to quite a few. Staff were very polite and I saw them deal well with an impatient patient. Awesome service. Keep it up team!

Visited today. Lovely receptionist and friendly staff. Francis was efficient. Process was quick and painless. His experience shines and he is an asset. Keep up the great work Labtests Lincoln Road.
