I rang today seeking advice on how to deal with my neighbour that stole my parcel from my doorstep. At first the lady on the phone was quite helpful she suggested I try talking to her... I already tried that... Or call the police. But then her mood changed and she asked me inappropriate questions asking my address where I was from where I was born???? I said I am a new Zealand citizen born in Philippines at that she slammed the phone in my ear???? I can't believe this racism at the citizens advice bureau???
