This crew is awesome! I quickly ran in needing help with my car that just started acting funny and they were able to quickly pop the car in and figure out what was going on. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere as they didn't have the part on hand right then and I needed it to get home (I live out of town) .For the small amount of time I was in there, they still blew me away, I would highly recommend them!

Went there based on the specialty cars that regularly get work done there. My old girl had an oil leak, which ended up being a much more serious problem than I anticipated. The team at Lakes Automotive took it all in their stride, always kept me in the loop, were kind and courteous and the work was achieved in good time. I got my girl back better than ever and am more than happy with the service provided... so much I am planning on making them my regular shop. Thanks for the A1 service, Lakes Automotive!

Rude obnoxious women at reception with horrible phone manor not sure how she gets through the day dealing with people and claims to be the owner (Even Worse). Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever, take your business else where people. There are kinder people out there. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Not very customer focused. Don't help out with pick up or drop offs for working people. Made me feel like they were doing me a favour. Won't use them again for sure.

Paul and the team have an amazing knowledge of all things automotive. The car parks always full & There's always a vintage car or two at the shop, & thats always a good sign. People with expensive hot rods dont just trust 'anyone' with their pride and joy.

I went there for a simple fix for my car that was going to cost $50 for labor and cost of the part on top of that so I was expecting maybe $80 tops. They then quote me $250 for the whole thing. I was able to find the part needed for $9 at the wreckers and install took all of 10 minutes so not sure where they got those figures from considering they told me the part they were going to get was going to be a second hand part to keep costs down for me. Bit of a joke really.
