Had about 12 face and neck laser hair removal sessions from here and they left my hair dark, thick and coarse. My hair was never like this before and if I could choose to, I would have never come here for laser. Now I need to shave my face ONCE A WEEK whereas before I had laser, it was once very two months. I also tried to contact them to ask for a remedy and was met with no response. Absolutely do not recommend this place for laser hair removal.

I had full body laser with lelani and had a great experience! She was attentive and thorough and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process so I was comfortable and knew what she was doing.In addition to the wonderful service, I find the equipment at this specific clinic to be better than some other places I have experienced. Laser can be quite painful but at the botany laser clinic, their machine cools the skin so well I hardly felt a thing throughout the entire process!Overall a great experience. I’m glad I’ve booked all my future laser appointments here:)

Valerie is the best , I recommend everyone to have a treatment done from Valerie , her patience is next lever and experience is outstanding . I wish we have more people like Valerie in newzealand she is really good she is currently doing my face laser , the way she explains me is very helpful .thanks

I have been a loyal client for 5 years since 2019, always been amazing service, until today with the new manager, Leanne. I was a few minutes late and got some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE LIFE! Horrendously rude treatment by the clinic's manager accusing me of not being a responsible customer or adult for being 7 minutes late in Auckland peak hour traffic, despite calling and letting the clinic know i'd be 5 minutes late ! What a waste of time going to get a treatment and saying oops sorry, we can't treat you, we don't care about you as a customer!
