Worst $900 spend ever totally useless guy starts telling me my brand new ute is faulty it has a fault code on it, infect i scanned the ute before taking it to him and no fault codes were found, also he asked money to put it back to stock than emailed me saying he would just do it, after he put it to stock took the ute to get dyno tuned they could still see the tune was still there so wasted my half day dropping and picking up the ute from him, kept blaming me and my ute for the performance, does have customer service skills at all, no sign of refunding my money as its only been 2-3 months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE PLEASE DONT USE HIM.Refunded $900 after i wrote this review.......

I have used Auto Passion on several occasions for the tuning of all my vehicles over the years and the results are the same each time and nothing short of Outstanding .Basil really knows his stuff and always seems to be able to get the very best out of any vehicle he works on.Very well priced and well worth the money, your vehicle will finally perform and drive like it always should have from the factory .

Had my Fiat campervan tuned and I am very pleased with the result more power and gear changes are much smoother.

Autopassion re-tuned a new PX2 Ranger, torque well up at 550nm and around 180kw. Ute revs out less than old PX2 to get same acceleration so less engine noise and uses 10% less fuel including towing. Basil great to deal with and great value for money service

My B7 RS4 was chipped by Autopassion last year, out of pure interest I had a re-map done by another company and gained 18.5HP at the wheels over the Autopassion tune (which is huge).They extracted the Auto passion file and showed me all of the changes that where made on their computer system. The Autopassion adjustments which were very basic and blanket" across the range - almost like what one would call "a lazy safe tune". It was a very interesting and unfortunately... expensive exercise.Based on this

I had my new Suzuki Swift 1.4 Boosterjet chip tuned by this company. It is absolutely transformed, it was good before but now the acceleration is just incredible. We’re very happy.

Purchased a VW GTI MK4 from someone who got the car tuned from AutoPassion. Been talking on FB chat about the problem its causing but they insisted that it wasn't the tune thats causing the problems. Looked up on VASK and I happen to find someone with the same car and engine that had the same problems with the same tune and everything. Been messaging AutoPassion about it but still insists that the tune isn't the case. Got my car diagnosed by a specialist and even they said that the Tune isn't safe for my engine and transmission and its really in consistent.I prefer talking in chat online so I can keep track with the replies and don't get any words twisted and confused. I message them and don't expect them to reply during after hours but they decide to reply which is nice. But at the end of everything, they complain that I contact them after hours and they reply and help me out.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone thats wanting their car tuned/chipped.They ended up blocking me from from messaging them and all I was saying was things about the car and what I hear from the specialist.

Great service and a great end result. Had a stage 1 done on my MK5 Gti and it's definitely made a difference.

Reflashed my Ducato camper. Couldn't be happier. Couldn't fix the radio ECU fault
