The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I really love the different variety of produce available in the deli. The toilets available for public use are a great bonus and always very clean

Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.

I live in Rangiora and shop at Countdown but I notice everytime I come and I am disabled that there are no trolleys in trolley bay This happens most weeks I also find the entrance way outside and foyer very untidy and dirty looking Someone needs to sweep it and clean this every morn Presentation is a very big thing If you go to New world which is my main shop I shop at it is always clean and tidy Staff are welcoming customer service is a big part of business today I'm not the only one to talk about this I've heard same from other people

Asked a question at the frozen mixed vegetables. Said don't come here much . Answer the ticket with our logo on there there see it then walked away , was rude asked because eyesight not great nearly 70 she was very rude

Staff were rude but shop, wasclean and easy to find things, I was there about 10am a londe young woman on self serve was awful.

The staff here are really friendly. Security guy out front made me feel welcome straight away with light banter and offered to watch my bike. Love coming here to do my shopping.
