Empower Gym for Women

This gym right from the get go has been perfect. Hollee and the ladies here are fantastic and so helpful. Everything is super clean and you can get your own special workout plan which for a newbie to the gym is perfect because looking at half the machine scared me. Ive told a few ladies that i work with and my mother inlaw about this plan and i believe one is already set on signing up.

24/7 with swipe card which really makes it easy to make the gym work around you. Didn't get through via phone (if first you dont succeed try again) so emailed and it was all go from there (multiply ways to contact). Upper floor so some privacy. Nice little set up with good facilities and friendly staff. I've had a great experience so far. Lots to offer. Clean and tidy, sanitizers pre entry and sanitizers bottles for after equipment use to maximize hygiene in this time.

Empower Gym for Women is the new name for this gym, I absolutely love this place I was so upset when Contours shut down but this Gym has filled the gap, recommend to all ladies!

Firstly I’d like to mention how incredibly supportive and accommodating the ladies at Empower are! Especially throughout covid-19, they have gone above and beyond to keep us ladies safe, motivated and in the know with the ever changing covid rules. Empower provide incredible classes that are run by sophisticated personal trainers, however the personal trainers are more than that, they are your friends, your gym family; they are supportive, encouraging, motivating, compassionate, and most of all they’re fun! Empower also provide affordable gym membership for women to feel comfortable and confident working out. I am new to the gym and the ladies at Empower have been incredible at showing me how to use the equipment and position my body correctly to achieve my desired results, the ladies always say hey and have time for a chat. It’s such a friendly environment and I couldn’t recommend Empower Gym for Women enough! I won’t go anywhere else! They also run fun exciting challenges to engage clients and it’s a great way to meet people too.Beautiful area, upstairs and private! The communication for the gym is fantastic. 24/7 access which is a must. Great staffing hours! Beautiful bathrooms, with hair dryers/straighteners available. Again, super affordable and accommodating. Staffing hours are good too.Thank you Empower for being AMAZING!

Good gym...well-equipped and had a lovely trainer a few months ago when I last attended. Will be 5 stars if the advertised sauna is put in.

Amazing staff extremely clean tidy and well keeped very understanding close knit could not recommend this place enough only down side is that its a Hamilton only gym and has set a nearly unbeatable standard for any and all future gyms the experience was truly unique there where very few people when i was working out maybe 20 25 people at most very secure with excellent systems in place if anything where to go wrong the trains work with you to personalize a fitness program just for you and help you reach your fitness goals if i ever plan on moving back to Hamilton you can bet your bottom dollar rejoining is the first thing on my agenda ❤❤❤❤❤

Impossible to contact them. Have given up reaching out to get a membership. Didn't feel very empowering lol
