I bought several electronics items online and collected the first package from here. They were nice and friendly.One of the items still hasn't arrived a week after ordering, but that is not the fault of this particular store as it is the distribution centre that has been slow to send it to the store.

Bought some earbuds on Saturday and was served by Zac. He was very knowledgeable, helpful & even enthusiastic when discussing them with us. Hard to find sometimes in the retail sector so will definitely look out for him next time we are in the store! Thanks Zac

Staff weren't attentive at all, and not one staff member approached meTwo were behind counter , one even looking like sitting down.Customers had to approach staff at counter for any assistance, I was in the store awhile before walking out, without purchasing ANYTHING!

This store has a good selection of items however the staff knowledge of various products is terrible. When I asked questions about types of tvs the answers were incorrect rubbish. Disappointing really. It would have been better for the assistant to say he didn't know.
