Awesome service right from the word go. I walked in told them my issue was given a quote and booked it in for the next day. Great communication and very friendly service. The bill ended up being cheaper than the quote! Couldn't believe that, this day and age you expect to get ripped every chance but not here, honest and good old fashioned no BS service, couldn't recommend these guys and gals more! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The Treatment I received was really bad. Their mechanic couldn't even explain where the part was located. And when it came to giving me the quote they tried to add more then what was stated on the invoice. Like NO

When i was in my 20s my Subaru RS Legacy broke its timing belt in Papamoa in 1999, it was a Sunday evening and I was on my way home to Kerikeri.Lance came out and transported the car to his workshop, I drove home on a borrowed car. On Monday afternoon he faxed me the repair invoice and I drove all the way back on Tuesday to pick it up. I have no affiliation with Lilley Automotive and have actually never spoken to him since I picked the car up on that day. There were no Google reviews back then, but I'm sure this still counts. Thanks for helping a random 20 year old when he needed it. 5 stars.
