Awesome dental care. Usually nervous about a lot of pain when going in for a clean. Dentist made sure I had enough pain relief and felt no pain at all. Recommend A+!

My last 2 appointments I had to wait 20-25 mins after my scheduled time. I was also not notified straight away when my dentures wax mould was back from the Lab. I was told it would take about a week. After over 2 weeks I rang to enquire about it and was told it was back the week before. When I asked why I wasn't notified to come in earlier, the receptionist said she thought she called me but hadn't. Not very happy about everything and it is a lot of money I am spending $2000

This is a good practice to visit for your dental needs. Drs and assistants are very professional and run you through all the options and provide you with a cost prior to any work. The convenience of their location is always a bonus.

I'm absolutely happy with the service I received from the specialist dentist at Ranui. He was amazing and made me comfortable considering the work I had done. So far I've had 5 teeth pulled out and bottom gums cleaned in 2 sessions. And through the first session I had to have surgery meaning he had to cut my gum to remove the root. He did a good job and its healed up nicely. I would definitely recommend him at Ranui.

Ranui smile dentalswanson road,Yesterday i submitted my review to the wrong office, i was still shaken by the cold experience and accidently sent it to queens, the humiliation was awful, my money however for extraction n xrays welcomed most greedilly.I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR OLDER DENTIST I, D USED BEFORE, IHAD ALL THE PENICILLAN PRIOR TO APPMT TOO,DO HOPE MY REVIEW SENT TO QUEENS CAN BE LINKED BACK TO RANUI, WEST AUCKLAND
