Such a beautiful milky blue color!We could see rainbow after shower.When you come to Tekapo, should not miss to visit Lake Pukaki!It’s more beautiful than Tekapo.

Just stunning. In the sunshine the water takes on a blue colour that looks unreal. If the cloud cover to the mountains are kind the resultant views are spectacular

Beautiful viewpoint of Mount Cook, if it isn't a cloudy day. The viewpoint has seating so you are able to feel the breeze. We had to go around the Tahr statue to get here. The shop and the information center also has nice viewpoints and both are covered so better options when its raining.

Mind-blowing view of both lake pukaki and Mt cook from this viewpoint. A must visit spot.There is a viewpoint area from where you can see the summit of Mt cook straight from that place along with the still blue water.Blue water here is like you have never seen before.There is also a nice salmon shop, just in case.

The Salmon shop also sells coffee & cakes.Outdoor seating aplenty. Great place for a break and to ponder the breathtaking unspoilt beauty of NZ

Great quick little photo stop. Blue water like you’ve never seen, and nice clean bathrooms. We stopped on our way to Mt.Cook and it was well worth it because after this there isn’t anything until you get to the valley.

one of the best spot you can see both beautiful Lake Pukaki & Mt Cook . When we passed there. I almost could not believe how beautiful lake view & mountain view I saw (especially the white snow summit reflected to the lake) I just want to share some of my favour photos with publicA MUST visit spot for taking photos
