Gwyn Morgan (Arianne Morgan )I was overweight, tired, had no motivation to do anything but to eat & be a couch potato, after joining F45 Rosedale my life has changed dramatically ! I cant go a day without getting up & hitting the gym now with my workout buddies & trainers.F45 Rosedale has a great atmosphere & the trainers are always on par with every class motivating you all the way & helping you reach your goals no matter what.I highly recommend this Studio, if you live local or even just work in the area, come along & give it a go - it will make you a better person for sure.

I have just started at Rosedale f45 with a trial voucher I won in a fundraiser. Beware. It is addictive! The trainers are fab, keep you going, motivate you to turn up and push yourself. They help you with technique, making sure you are doing it right! Love it.

A regular gym member but new to F45. I decided to give it a go after watching the great results of colleagues and friends and needing to change up my routine. I really enjoy the intensity of the work outs, which are adaptable to cater for limitations. Thanks to the crew and members for making me feel welcome and helping me on my fitness journey.

I joined the 8 week challenge at F45 Rosedale and was hooked after my first session. Expect a friendly welcome, trainers and teammates that motivate you to give your best and a variety of exercises that keep each session interesting - a great mix of cardio, resistance, core and strength training. F45 is what gets me up at 4:45 in the morning and keeps me going back for more.I feel stronger, my body is leaner and more toned than before.

Pretty new to F45 Rosedale, but am thoroughly enjoying it. The trainers are lovely, supportive, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more really. Am midway through my first challenge and SO thrilled with my results so far. I might just be an F45 convert.

Really enjoy my time at F45 Albany. I struggle with confidence but the team at F45 help everyone, no matter what size or where you're at with your fitness. I'm glad I chose this place as my new workout home!

I have been a member for a while and just love this studio. The aroha shown to everything they do is real, it is a really supportive community class. Love it. Keep mixing up that special sauce that makes Rosedale F45 unique.
