Supercheap Auto Paraparaumu

Found what I wanted quickly with some advice from a staff member.

Staff are always really helpful and keen to pass on their knowledge and experience.I had a problem with the stereo I purchased and there was no problem returning it and getting a different one. It took a couple of weeks for the supplier to look at it but I was well informed all the time about where it was up to by the staff.

I bought a new car stereo system from supercheep in Paraparaumu and the staff were nice and friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable regarding what they sell. I was also provided with the contact of a professional installer to install the stereo who was also really professional and did a good job. It was all just so easy and professional from buying the system and having it installed.Thank you all for being so helpful and professional.

Pretty good, pretty good. Sliced up my thumb in the car; attacking the packaging of purchased products with a knife (that I honed to at least +13 sharpness apparently) after using the store, and they were happy to give me supplies to wash away the stigmata looking pool of blood in my palm. A staff member was talking a bit of smack.. but to be expected when seeing someone gored of their own volition. 8.9/10

Disgusting and heartbreaking service Well it’s Christmas Eve after working all week our vehicle is all packed complete with child and dogs in the car ready to head to family out of town. The vehicle didn’t start we phoned Repco who were extremely helpful but did not have the battery suitable for our vehicle and passed us onto Supercheap. I called explained our situation the guy told me they close at 5 I said my husband will be there in 5 minutes on his motorbike. Confirmed they had the required battery and he was on his way. I made the order so he had it ready for us to pay for to save time. My husband arrived at 5:03 on his motorbike to the same guy locking the doors who smiled and waved and simple said no sorry we’re closed. My husband said you just spoke with my wife 5 minutes ago I’m here to collect and pay for our battery.He finished serving the last customer locked the door and walked away.

Awesome staff. ANITA went the extra mile. She replaced our wipers and she was Happy. Love her job. Grace also was willing. And as we are cheeky it helped as females they are amazing. Don't let there looks stop you, never misjudge. Anyone who is willing to help you. Is TOPS in my books. THANKS Anita/Grace you made our day...

Amazing service in your Kapiti Branch. I couldn’t find the hubcaps so the assistant walked me down and showed me the range. Second Staff member at the counter was extremely patient explaining how I put them on.Great service!
