A safe place to experience connection to like minded people through creative activities and much more. Jessica and Aileen are amazing ladies with experience in healing and coaching. They help you go out of your confort zone and feel vulnerable and free.

I recently attended a playshop facilitated by Jessica and Aileen. What a blessing these ladies are! They created a safe and welcoming environment where we could all unleash our creativity, get more aligned with ourselves and connect with others at the same time. Such a healing experience in just 2.5 hours!

Aileen and Jessica are heart centered, warm, insightful wahine. They lovingly create and hold creative space, supporting and inviting vulnerability, authenticity and real connection. I’ve attending many of their workshops, zoom community, gatherings, and a retreat. I always leave with my cup overflowing feeling seen, heard and valued. Growth flows naturally, and learning deepens from time spent in connection with these wonderful wahine. So much aroha! I highly recommend you experience their offerings for yourself. X x

This course and its presenters were superb. The positives shifts and actions I experienced throughout this 3 month connection was something I didn't think was possible or as easy as they ended up being. I felt totally supported all the way through, and after, from both Aileen and Jessica. These 2 hosts are some of the most genuine, caring, generous and knowledgeable people I know. The weekly activities were well presented and insightful. The Zoom calls were simply awesome and the connection made with other people within the course was invaluable. Thank you Aileen and Jessica for all that you do and all that you are.

Jessica and Aileen’s knowledge and guidance when visiting the Flourish space was so lovely to experience. I walked away with ways to look at things from a new perspective and to reconnect and ground myself, as a new mama this is something I have massively wrestled with as I find my new identity as a mother. Thank you for the session, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Joined a zoom Calming Mind Workshop...so desperate to find balance and calm my mind in my chaotic life and wanted to do something about it. Have never joined one of these kinds of things and didn't know what to expect. In about 30min Jessica and Eileen showed us simple everyday tools (your breathe, colors and shapes amongst other things who would have thought! So simple) I am shocked...it has worked...my mind stopped ticking and I could just be in a state of calm and relaxation...this is rare for me and I am now keen to keep practicing. Converted in 30min...easy simple tequniques that have given me a starting point. I look forward to taking part in more workshops thank you! Tonight just got me to back off the edge and see the light! Definitely recommend trying a workshop especially if you are a mum...coz mums neglect how essential self care is...if we not ok our family won't be ok so look after yourselves!

Creative Connections is awesome! Jessica and Aileen beautifully hold space for us to explore our creativity in a deeply connected way. Their workshops and retreats are lovely, I walked away feeling revived, lighter and more connected to myself...and with a few new friends!

These ladies are amazing! I had a lot of fun learning from them. They helped me so much to overcome my fears, traumas and depression through art, light and laughter. I will recommend them to everyone that I know! Thank you aileen and Jessica, you saved my life xoxo

One day I found myself wondering....... where is all our community support and love? Where do I find the people growing to new heights within self growth love and experience and I do say I found such things with creative connections beautiful find yourself workshop! Encouraging understanding and empowering something I will highly recommend to anyone looking to feel a little more out of life and themselves
