Arena Court Motel
Our room was upstairs, it was clean and tidy upon arrival. A short walk to the local shopping area for those essentials. The bus stop is close by as well to give you options instead of driving.The Manager was friendly she drove us early in the morning to take the Tranz Alpine scenic train and was there to meet us upon return.Being on the main road the traffic noise was OK.

This motel is lovely! Everything brand new. There is not much noise you can hear from outside or the other rooms. The rooms are big and we'll designed (looks better than the pictures!) Service is great too. Excellent price for what is worth!

Nice motel, clean, spacious, quiet and well resourced, however needs salt and pepper in the rooms and a safety chain on the inside of the doors, as the doors open inwards. Then as a motel it would have got 5 stars. However I was not happy that my confirmed booking for a downstairs room, due to reduced mobility ( this conversation had already taken place and I had a confirmed room number) had been changed to an upstairs room and it blamed on the system. This was very poor for a disabled traveler. Please take note!

Stayed 4 nights recently...Excellent location within city center and short walks to Pak n Sav and the Stadium. Very clean & cosy rooms.Would had given 5 stars if not for traffic noises and those of inconsiderate guests chatting & smoking till the wee hours of the morning outside their unit. We were unfortunate to be allocated a room just next the steel staircase, the noise caused by those using the stairs throughout the night kept waking us up.

Great accommodation. Comfortable bed, spotless clean room. Very affordable prices & great location for what is around.Staff were very friendly & helpful.Only note was information booklet did say Sky was in all rooms, mine did not have it. However the rest of experience definitely made up for it. I would definitely stay again.

Have stayed here twice. Once as a couple, then last year with our 3 year old son. Very clean. Good location. Hard to reserve it. Booked out quite often. Guess it shows how good and popular it is.

Arrived, room seemed OK till bathroom time totally broken toilet seat, spa bath not working not told about. Plus there was several permanent stays with language I'd rather not here early morning!! 1 plus is that the bed was so comfortable that TVLack of bathroom atire.Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this motel for many reasons not stated

Stayed 1 night. Great location. Close to PaknSave and other places. Walked to Casino which took like 20 minutes leisurely. Nice and clean. Everything you need for short stay. Highly recommend.

We booked 8 rooms and everyone found them below average. One room had no toilet seat this was broken and on the ground beside the toilet. Lots of the rooms had a blocked shower that over flowed. Beds very uncomfortable - air conditioners and fridges very loud. Will not be using again
