OurPower

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I’m paying $100 if not more a week. They take payments on different days and different times, they try multiple times a day, each time resulting in a dishonour fee of $2.50. They’re slow at replying to emails and don’t have a contact number. The staff are rude and don’t understand their own system. Pathetic.

Useless

This is an awesome power company. Cheapest power I have had in the last 30+ years of buying power. Weekly bills are amazing I am always on top of my bill. Invoice 2 days before payme t is direct debited from my account unless otherwise specified by me. It's just great. Thanks OurPower. Unfortunately I am moving outside of the area and cannot take OurPower with me. I would love to or be able to find another company that can offer me the same features and service. Hopefully in the future OurPower can reach further around the motu.

I can say I actually regret moving to Our Power to be VERY honest. I was always in credit with genesis. Now that I am with Our Power oh my lord. My power is about $149 per week. Genesis was never that expensive and I was with them for almost 3 years. A few months with Our power has been hell.

Best Power company i have ever been with. I was never in credit with Genesis. My bills were always over $400 month. When i canged to Our Power Im paying 25-30 dollars a week. $100-120 month saving a whopping $300.
