My partner took me here for my birthday as a surprise. Hosts Andrew and Penny went well beyond any expectations. Andrews culinary skills was amazing, the gardens presented with a guided walk by Penny are exceptional. The bird life and cats and dogs was just wonderful. Such a wonderful stay would definatley stay again to enjoy gardens and Andrew and Penny's company, would definatley recommend staying here

Wow, what a gorgeous garden and beautiful room. Friendly, helpful hosts too. Delicious cooked breakfast that was celiac-safe.

One of our most cherished NZ travel memories will be our stay with Penny and Andrew. We were welcomed so warmly and left with a heavy heart, we would have loved to stay longer! Andrews breakfast, the garden, a sanctuary for animals of all sorts and most of all, the long talks, the laughter and warmth of your home!

Stunning garden and couldn't ask for more wonderful hosts! We felt so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - really didn't want to go home and can't wait to come again.Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the spa was really relaxing (beautiful clear night to star gaze from the spa) and lovely food -especially the home brewed kombucha.Best B and B experience ever

Andrew and Penny were absolute top-shelf hosts. The place was amazing with beautiful landscaped gardens with animals, as well as a fantastic spa pool. Absolute value for money..including a breakfast to order as desired. A must stay.
