Very professional, deliver what they promise, take the time to inspect everything and forward a comprehensive report including plenty of photos. Helpful and friendly team and would highly recommend this company for home inspections.

I had no issues with the inspector. However, the customer service is some of the worst company I've dealt with. Had to pay prior to view the report! OK, it must been missed payment from customers before, but the instructions are some of the worst, hard to find payment information (super tiny words) and trick you to pay extra dollars using credit card. Took endless emails and waiting just to get my report out even after payment! I would never use this service again and will not recommend anyone to.
