We had high hopes for this company because customer service was pretty good. Carpeted a large upstairs room above garage. Asked the sales person to carpet the landing and was told there wouldn’t be enough carpet. We knew there was 1.5 meters left so that was not a good reason. Then asked the carpet layer to carpet it and he said it’s expensive carpet and better to leave the landing and take off shoes there . Still no satisfaction. He’s right about one thing: it was 4000.00 to carpet the room. Carpet was laid and now has one inch space below door where the end of carpet meets the landing. Air and rodents and bugs can enter. Had sales rep and a different carpet layer back and felt a bit gaslighted by the conclusion which was tough beans -- go and get a door addition to fix the problem. Carpet is okay but had a few flaws we are not sure what to do with. Sales rep worked hard but we never got the result we asked for in the first place and still can't accept that this is really okay. I recommend that if you use them, don't pay the last installment until you know everything is 100% right. I was dumb and paid before the door had been adjusted by the carpenter so couldn't tell this problem would occur. But if I was an expert and someone asked me to carpet the landing, I would have foreseen this problem. They should have too and should have done the job we asked to do.
