Engela at the Richmond store managed to resolve a problem the Whangarei store created and could not/would not sort out. Engela went out on a limb and above what we expected to resolve the problem without hesitation. So this review is for outstanding customer service provided by Engela. Whangarei store gets a 0 out of 5 stars.

The staff here are extremely helpful. The item I required was out of stock , they ordered it in and I was rung a couple of days later to say it was there, will be shopping at Smith City Richmond again. None of the other stores I had inquired at offered to order for me only Smith City
