Person who served was very nice and they had almost all flavours. Place was nice and clean.

Delicious Ice Cream But Workers Looked Very Unhappy And Only Were Satisfied After We Payed Lots Of Kids Just Running Around And Disturbing The Hold Store And Employees Doing Nothing About It Would Recommend For The Ice Cream But Other Than That It’s Not That Good (Old Location Was Very Good Unlike This One)

Back again for creamy ice cream, not too many options during lockdown my favourite set to turn to a takeaway style. Seem taste as usual just a different look.

To management:Been here twice. Lovely ice cream and generous portion. However, you need to change your female staff (pacifica/indian looking) If she doesn’t want to work there let alone work in a customer service job, she needs to go. Why stay if she’s miserable all the time? In 2 of these visits most especially few weeks ago, she is rude, unfriendly, cannot be bothered at all, we had to repeat our order 3x and its just 2 of us as customers that time. The coffee machine should be turned on from morning not when its needed. Or if its not properly working, pls get your coffee machine serviced. I have ordered affogato and waited 20mins overall. My husband had finished his ice cream while i was still waiting for mine. She was not respectful enough to communicate that the machine takes time to work. She just sat there on her phone and i had to follow up. I had to call her attention that a coffee machine doesn’t take that much time to generate an espresso. I told her had she informed me that there will be a delay i just could’ve ordered scoops of ice cream which it seemed thats what she only wanted to do as it is the easiest. There are other staff out there who is more suited to do this job.

Movenpick. Hands down the best ice-cream I have had in my life. The flavours are so unique. Whether you want to try maple walnut or blueberry cheesecake or just the classic vanilla and strawberry flavour, Movenpick has it all. The most delightful and pleasant ice-cream in Auckland. Top notch. 5-stars.

Delicious icecream and big scoops. Great place to visit after popping down to Judges bay for lunch.
