We were very fortunate to have Greg assigned to design and project manage the build of our new home on Huntsbury Hill. He showed amazing patience, talent and perseverance despite the odd challenge or change that cropped up. Greg was a stickler for using quality products and the result is a home we are so very proud of.

Recently we photographed a residential property for Chaplin Crooks Architects. Greg was great to work with and gave us a clear brief.This contemporary home photographed well. A wow factor was added with their smart design and use of natural light with the contrasting black-stained cedar wall.We also got to see first hand how much the homeowners enjoyed their new modern space.Great work!

I have been fortunate enough to be responsible for 2 projects with Chaplin Crooks Architects recently. Each one with a different architect I found both to be helpful and precise in their requirements and instructions, quick to either visit the site or provide/liaise with engineers etc and solve dilemmas when they arise. It's this input which helps a contractor to complete a job efficiently and with very little worry to the homeowner. I would not hesitate to work with Chaplun Crooks Architects again in the future.

We recently purchased on Mt Pleasant and wanted to use a local Architect to help us with our alterations. Greg Miller has been wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted yet encouraged us to consider other options. The end result will be a modern home that will fully meet our needs yet will also respect the era in which it was built. We've had excellent service from the guys and girls at Chaplin Crooks - and they are great people to work with. They designed our house when we built 12 years ago - everything went well - we've loved the house - and it came through the earthquakes no problem. Twelve years and two growing kids later it was time for another room. Jane and Greg have nicely designed in a new room and sorted the engineering and council consents for us efficiently and painlessly. We've been impressed with design knowledge and also process experience for getting the job done efficiently. Definitely can recommend.

really great working with Stephen again, and a bonus working with Jane for the first time. My wife and I have had a long association with CCAL and enjoyed the rebuild of our home on Balmoral Lane enormously. The end product exceeds our expectations. After employing CCAL to re-design our home in 2001 we didn't hesitate to contract them for its ultimate re-build, due to earthquake damage, in 2016.
