***Highly not recommended***Parcel departure country held the parcel at FedEx facilities for 12 days without any communication on why it’s not being shipped; contacted call centres they had no details and promised to call back with information required to clear the package which never happened. Auckland FedEx clearance team were calling me several saying they would like to charge me fee as the package was subject to inspection by MPIE; each time they call they say parcel was already in NZ and due to be inspected while the tracking site shows the parcel hasn’t even cleared the origin country. After a great delay and without any communication finally the package cleared origin country. Parcel arrived and after repeated follow up emails ; each time the reply I have is they add a neDistribution group email as response without actually responding to my query regarding clearance. Finally after they took their time and cleared the parcel to Wellington which is the delivery address. The Local delivery guy picked up the parcel in the morning and dropped the parcel at back at the Rongotai station by afternoon station with remarks as “ Customer not available or business closed” when I was very much at delivery address, the main door was open as we had guests, the driver didn’t call or leave any call back card. Fearing of tamper and stealing of the package I rushed to the facility before closing and took the in person.***Highly not recommended***Highly Recommend FedEx for jobs if someone’s looking for work and get paid for not working.

I waited two months + 1 day for two packages to come through, one eventually came through. The other got sent back and they did not refund shipping. Neither of these packages were for me, they just got shipped to my address on behalf of two other people.Fedex is often not contactable, unreliable and totally unprofessional in terms of contact. Their service desk doesn't appear to be based locally.Go with another company that takes package delivery seriously.

I paid four times the price of other courier because my items is emmagency for me. The delivery processed halfway is amazing during airplane between oversease.However the items after on the ride in NZ was awful service. Arrival Estimate Time is not clear. Their estimated until 6pm on the day. I was out just 30min lunch time, and they came here and no contact me, just leaved a letter on the doors as They will come “tomorrow “!?!? it is really emmagency stuff for me! that’s why I was spend four times fees. the courier service is awful. they should contact me either before what time come here or leave the items front.

Terrible customer service. Paid $2000Aud to frieght a package from Perth to Wellington New Zealand in which I was sold on it taking 5days to get here and be cleared from customs. It’s now been 14days and still I’m waiting. I paid a lot of money for the time frame they sold me. I feel robbed. Will never use FedEx again.

Horrific service, like others I would give 0 stars (or negative!) if I could. Parcel originally due for delivery on 15 Dec, held for customs processing until 24 Dec when I was called by the broker to say there was GST to pay and they would email the invoice. It never arrived and I have been emailing and calling since to try and get my GST paid and parcel delivered. All calls seem to go offshore to a team that (apparently) have no access to Fedex systems. Call-backs are promised but don't materialise. My goods have been in the country for a month now - literally!! Shockingly unacceptable

Stay away from FedEx:I am an administration officer in a foreign Embassy in Wellington.If you will give FedEx your credit card details, be prepared to be charged double than the prices in the estimations they provide.also be prepared that they will take some extras" from your credit card months after you actually overpaid for your shipment.to conclude this outrage

I cannot believe how quickly FedEx got my parcel to me in Lower Hutt, Wellington, NZ from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.It was sent on Friday and arrived on Wednesday and that was with Economy shipping, not express.Unbelievably fast, I highly recommend FedEx and will definitely use them again in the future.Cheers!

they wrongly categorised my parcel as something that needed mpi clearance and then gave no indication by way of letter email or phone that i had to clear it up. first i heard about it was when the shipper on the other side of the world told me they were asking him to pay for it to be returned. calling customer service is barely of help and you'd better put aside hours to finally get through, calling the number then directing to customs just puts you on leave a message, i finally get the reference number for mpi and call them and they cover their side no problem. 7 hours later fedex still has not updated the clearance status and released the package

If there is a zero star, I would select that. I am so appalled by their service. So frustrated and not happy. I have shipments that require custom clearance, and Fedex doesn’t even notify you that they needed something from you. My shipment stayed in their depot for 12 days! If I hadn’t contacted them, I wouldn’t have heard from them. (and it is not even easy to contact them, you have to do several clicks before you can find their contact detaisl!) And it took them forever to return the call. Lack of communication and slow response time just make my experience all the more terrible. I could go on and on and on. I ship almost every day evey week and it looks like their service wouldn’t improve. I just requested my supplier to shift to a different courier service.

First bad experience, parcel was held in Customs and that not enough information was provided to release it. I desperately tried to contact them, 0800 number wasn't connecting, 09 number just kept ringing without being answered.After that was sorted a MONTH later, it finally arrived in Wellington and sat for days. I tried ringing, and constantly get told that someone will get back to me. They never do, EVER. Don't trust them, I am now on my third day of ringing to find out if I can pick up the parcel or not. Tomorrow I'm just going to head to the depot because I don't even know if they actually exist, and this is all a bad dream.
