Went in to the vapo krd store last Saturday evening intending just to browse. Got talking to Jack who was very approachable, enthusiastic and clearly knowledgeable on all the products. He listened to my needs as an ex smoker and after discussing the pros and cons of a few different options, I settled for a great product. Thanks for your help Jack, I'll be shopping here from now on!

Called up at 4pm asking if k road had 20700 battery and as luck would have it they did, said to Jack sweet I'll be there at 9pm (store hrs show open till 10pm sat) got there at 8:50pm to find VAPO closed. Good thing shosha over the road had what I needed ☺

Gold tobacco liquid is great but every 2 to 3 mounts when I purchase discount code is not accepted 3x $15 =$45 which is one 100ml bottle of liquid. I send an email and they answer it's for the next order. 3 order by now still the same.

best vape shop there is. if you have any problems/questions the staff are more than happy to help and sort you out and give honest, reliable advice. In particular Aidan at the K road store is the most knowledgeable and friendly/helpful staff member I've come across. Stay far away from shosha and head across the road to vapo if you're on K road and Aidan will sort you out.

If ever you go here? Blake is the most helpful worker I've ever bumped into at any vape store. He could make me buy the whole store and be happy with it. To his bosses? This guy needs a promotion or a pay rise!

Went here today for the first time and can't believe I ever went anywhere else! The staff here are so informative and friendly and on the same level. they aren't pushy and don't make you spend more than you need to they even give you recommendations to save money. Very good service and a very happy customer. Will definitely always go here from now on and never go anywhere else. Also very good value for money products too. Keep up the hard work
