I brought2 x potato top savory pies1 x chicken kebab1 x custard twist.The pies had to much potato:ratio wrong and had a bland taste.The kebab was warm and tasted awful. (I fed it to the birds).The custard twist was stale on outer crust and could hardly find any custard.So that is my reason for a 1 star.I saw 1 reviewer gave 5 stars,this is why I showed what I brought there,as there maybe something nice that he got,but I didn't

I like the pies and food in general although Rothesay bakery much better and customer service better at Rothesay bay. Went in this am and the lady served me, she removed my card before the transaction had completed and argued it was a credit card when it wasn't and I used it all the time. My transaction was declined and my bank statement confirmed she removed the card too early. Bad customer service. Will not use anymore.

Lovely customer service experience with reasonable prices. Food was good especially for its price. However as I ordered in the afternoon, the food was a bit cold.

Terrible ham and egg sandwich. The ham is for display purposes only as they have cut strips showing it has ham in it but open the sandwich and it's just a manky slice of ham and not a proper full piece. Such deceit.

Had my worst ever food experience of my life here - bacon & egg sandwich with not 1 BUT 2 dead flies wrapped up in the gladwrap. Should have phoned the Council but was being neighborly (work very near) & pointed it out to them.
