Service was exceptional. Eddie stayed back after hours to pick us up from the airport when our plane was delayed. Car was newer than expected and pricing was very competitive and better than the well known companies. Depot is just 5 mins from the airport and they pick you up and drop you back in a courtesy van. Highly recommend

Good car - worked well. Was some miscommunication where we didn't realise the car was not at the airport but 5min away and shuttle to this was only available in workhours. However the company sorted it out.

We booked at the beginning of school holidays for 3 days and it was soo reasonable. Eddie the manager is so friendly and kind, we had a medium hatch and suited our needs for 3 adults. 100% recommend this company for a car rental at an awesome price!

We had a brilliant experience with Discount Rentals. Terry and Aaron were helpful and prompt in answering my emails and calls.We arrived after hours and were give the instructions on how to access the keys. Note: there is also a Discount Car Rentals up the road and our cab driver took us there first and some people were getting on the wrong van at the airport cause the names are so similar.The car was clean and tidy and sufficient for our needs. It was one of the best rates available in Queenstown at the time.They dropped us back to airport on our way back and we were super happy with the car and service.The only downside was we couldn't for the life of us figure out how to connect the Bluetooth. Both our phones just wouldn't connect and the radio stations were programmed to chinese stations. So we had no music or radio the entire week. Wasn't a biggie for us though.We'd definitely recommend and book again when we return.

Great team that had us sorted with no fuss. The van trailer combo was clean tidy and reliable. Highly recommend, we've booked them again next year.
