Service was extremely good and the prices very reasonable. Staffs very friendly and easygoing. Had done my waxing and eyebrows. Super happy with the service. Will visit again and definitely recommending my friends.

I had my first massage here using a Grab-one voucher and enjoyed it so much I have been back. Jess gives a fantastic massage with very good pressure and technique. Very good price also.

Went in around 3pm knowing that royal oak would close in about an hour or so - looking to see if they could squeeze me in for a last min lash extension!! Was so good, good customer service and did my lashes so nice. Lady was good too and was really friendly even offered advice and was overall happy - so going there again!!! 10/10 experience and lash glue didn't affect my eyes like some other beauty salons

Dont ever try the machine in the salon, had pedicure with cold water with no cleaning. I wonder if other machine operate??Although facial are very good. Therefore giving 3 stars or they deserve none.

Former beauty therapist here… These people are not clean. I went in for eyebrow touch up. They said come back in 10. No problem, I didn’t have an appointment. I came back and they took another walk in before me. No problem, I had gone away and come back, FIFS is fair. When she was done with that client she invited me into the treatment room (I note not washing hands after last client). She straightened up the disposable sheet after the previous client. I asked her to change it (they should always be changed between clients and the bed sanitised). When she was getting a fresh sheet, I took a closer look around and saw that the plastic bed protector was filthy, and used tools from previous client lying around on the bench. Beds, bed protectors and equipment should always be sanatised between clients. I hadn’t seen her clean any equipment in between previous client and myself. This is dangerously unhygienic. I left before they touched me.

At Beauty Hub the team knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my brows were shaped. Definitely recommend coming here!
