Got the sweet n sour pork with chips last night and have gotten mild food poisoning this morning after. Was quick and convenient to call ahead and pick up food, but suspect that's because it was sitting in warmer since before my call. May try them again but am hesitant

Had to ask the girl behind the counter to say hello to me then on the menu it said sweet n sour pork with chips $14. So I ask for the sweet n sour pork and get charged $14. Order is ready, no chips so ask where they are and she says you didn't say chips?? I say but you charged me 14$ and get yes same price without chips but if you want chips you have to say chips??

Been a very loyal customer for many years, always ordered the same thing for the same price, obviously prices have gone up and I get that, but now I've been charged for food I don't even get, and they honestly didn't care that I was overcharged, if my baby sister wasn't waiting for tea I would not have taken the food let alone paid for it, they've lost a loyal customer who will make sure everyone knows!!!!!

The worst fish n chips ever!! Purchased Fish and crab stick with chips , batter was under cooked and chips were over cooked, very fatty not good at all , staying clear of this place

Ordered sweet and sour pork and chips, got home and no chips. This is the 3rd time this month they have conveniently left something out of our order. They are rude when you complain about it, which is sad cos the food is actually nice. Won't be going back and recommend everyone to check their orders before they leave.
