Ordered from Uber Eats! Arrived stone cold soggy and the Garlic Narn tasted stale. I mean I shouldn't have had to microwave my food!!!! Portion size was alright for me. Look at how soggy the packaging is. Tried getting a refund through Uber eats but was unsuccessful:( food was okay after reheating. Was very tasteless tbh

What a shame. This used to be the best in Christchurch, but the standards have dropped significantly. I have been twice recently, and both times the food was not fresh. Meat was dry and old. They refried old chips, so they were also dry, chewy and overcooked. I actually watched the lady put chips that had been sitting out, already fried back into the frier. This is an absolute no no, and she never be done. Food safety and hygiene has also got bad. I suggest closing off the chilling compartment where you keep the salads and sauces, or install a fly catcher. Either way, I won't be back. Used to be a long time customer

My mate swears by this place . Got me to try and didn't disappoint . Got a large chicken souvalaki . Good amount of meat . Would definitely go again

Ordered from UberEats. EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. The portions were tiny tiny tiny for the price and the quality of the food was shocking. So bad. Cold, soggy AND dry at the same time somehow. Revolting. Would not recommend.

Iskender with no carrot, no olive oil, no chickpeas. Eggplant was a sauce on ordering online but not in store. Wrong sauces.Just a shame cos it was really nice but wasn’t close to what it was sold as.

Not even worth a 1 star review. Avoid at all cost!!! Ordered via Uber and we did not get what we ordered. I went to exchange the food and the place was an absolute shambles. Seriously concerned about their food hygiene as well.Note to the owner: We have bought directly from this shop over the past few years and this recent order was not up to the usual standard. If you don't have the staff, don't accept Uber orders. Focus on providing a good customer service.

Walked in this evening (2/4/23) to try and order, only had one guy working and he seemed a bit overwhelmed. Waited for around 10 minutes at the counter to try and order and never got addressed. The guy working seemed to be preparing a lot of Uber orders, and there was other people waiting too. Gave up and went next door and ran into a guy that was in there too, he said I’d done well to go somewhere else as his order was completely wrong (missing sauce, wrong size and was chicken instead of lamb). Also saw while I was in there that he forgot to add two kebabs to an uber order that the driver had already taken. Not normally one to add these reviews but seems as though the issues people were having was mainly due to understaffing having the one guy dealing with cooking/preparing, taking orders in person and online and dealing with the uber drivers. While I get there’s a lot of businesses struggling with staffing at the moment, thought it may be worth noting.
