Service was to a very a high standard. They worked under the time they suggested it would take to complete. They also cleaned the vehicle which other Ford Dealerships do not always do.

Very disappointed in last service visitwhen I’d arranged to have some parts replaced one warranty one not I had been advised it would take only 20-30 minI arrived at 7:15am and was met by the service advisor who said it wouldn’t take long8:10 am I was told it was all set to go, I was surprised to see they had only done half the job, they hadn’t fitted the rear door handle which was a warranty claim, just very disappointing that it wasn’t done and I was running very late for a meeting so had no choice but to wait, service advisors didn’t look that interested that clients were getting upset, makes me think that it’s a regular occurrence, and nobody cares. Very disappointing re customer satisfaction.

Great service, good time managed as I had a busy schedule on the day. But the team called me when my car was ready for picked up, it worked well with my plan. Thank you South Auckland Motors.

I recently Purchased a Ford Mach E Premium from South Auckland Motors I traded in my Mustang V8 and have had the Mach E for a few weeks and are still finding things out about the car, We charge it once a week from home and I top it up on Fast chargers so far no problems with it at all ,it was a great experience and have not missed the old v8

Picked my new vehicle after few days of Delay.Salesperson Sem did fantastic Job and was Communicating very well(some things were not under his control)Pickup was delayed due to Paint/Interior Protection not completed on time(Should be done in advance since they had 1 whole week notice)Vehicle wasn’t cleaned property and had dust inside and all Window Glass were not cleaned either.Shouldn’t be the case when someone is spending that much of money. Sem tried his best to clean the vehicle even-though Vehicle cleaning is not his Job.

Recently purchased a late model 2nd hand CX5 from them. Unbelievably proactive in addressing our needs. The car was delivered in absolutely mint condition - like new. Spotlessly valeted. It appeared our $ went further here than elsewhere by at least 2.5K. They were super efficient, super accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had some unusual issues with a 7 year old van . The team at Manukau worked through to unravel various faults and kept me well informed while my trade vehicle was off the road . Great experience dealing with parts and workshop !
