I passed my test on my second try I had VARINDER he was a great testing instructor would definitely recommend great and very clamming

Had to go for my licence endorsement and asked me to test my eye on their machine with 1 to 8 category where 1 is the smallest and 8 is the biggest,Staff asked me to read number 2 category and its a bit blurry to me the she asked me to read number 1 which is the smallest of all so obviously cant read it. Then didnt let me get second chance to retest and failed me.I dont think the eyetest machine is in good condition as well, i know i dont have eye problem but this staff and that machine.

Worst customer service I’ve had. The lady who is working on the overseas driving license conversion is so rude and no attention on providing customer service.She is trying so hard to made your day as hard as she can (not sure why).She send a false report to NZT reporting I am unable to see.Don’t visit VTNZ ever. You pay for their salaries and this is how you receive the worst customer service.

Varinder was my driving instructer at VTNZ tawn place for my license test today, Im quite anxious in any test situation and Varinder was really great and kept me calm and collected for the test and I passed!Thank you for your patience and understanding. Highly recommend this branch for drivers licensing tests.

Paul was my instructor on my class 2 driving test and he was so nice actually. I passed the test and got my class 2 license on my first attempt without going into any expensive training course. Would like to recommend vtnz tawn place anyone who wants to sit their class 2 practical test

Passed my full license the other day, Varinder was my testing officer. It was really helpful that he was friendly and gave me clear instructions.

I did my full driver license test here, the whole experience was so much better than the last one I took at Frankton. The test officer Varinder was very nice and friendly. He gave clear instructions and make the test process comfortable for tester (as I was nervous and he told me I was doing well and relax). The driver license test wouldn’t be a nightmare if all the test officers are like him…Plus they have a nice and clean toilet for customers to use while there was no toilet in VTNZ Frankton…

Long queues all the time throughout the day and different days of the week. ON the day I was there, one of the staff was coughing and sounded very sick. She sat behind but located in the middle of the couters. She sounded really sick. She should really stay away from work or wear a mask. The other staff who served me was helpful. It was around 9am in the morning, the carpark spaces and arrangement were simply chaotic in front and on the side of the building. You got vehicles come in from all directions and from both ends of the drive way, for those who were not there to do a Wof/Cof inspections, you can park along side the building but the only way out is to reverse out, but this is also using the same lane where other cars come in for Wof etc. Not to mention all the large truck and trailers occupying other two lanes. There should be better signages for incomg vehicles on where to go and park. Otherwise it's just an accident waiting to happen. It does look like the have another new building being set up to take on extra vehicles. Until then, I would be going to VINZ down the road and on other side of the railroad simply for safety reasons.
