I needed a vehicle for the weekend so I thought a if I booked a week in advance there would be no issues. I found Hirepool quickly online and their prices were competitive. Their website was easy to navigate, I entered the dates I needed, my credit card details and in no time I had booked a vehicle. It did say in the email the it still needed to be confirmed but I thought it was a foregone conclusion as there were dates on the website greyed out. My dates were fine so I relaxed with peace of mind. I didn't get another confirmation email at all and 3 days later I was rung to say they were canceling my booking because their were no vehicles available. I was polite to the guy but bloody annoyed. You need to sort your systems out so this doesn't happen to others Hirepool !!!

Got set up by the manager to get assaulted by police
