Love going to Mega 10 Columbus coffee Cafe in store. We usually frequent the Whanganui one but were in Napier so went along with other family...sadly they couldn't really eat with us because they couldn't order just hot chips for their kiddies in the Napier store...otherwise it was great.

Completely disappointed with this place. How hard is it to make a hot chocolate? I thought pretty easy but turns out they couldn't make a decent 1. No chocolate taste at all. Flat white was awful too. After being told 10 min wait on dine in coffee it took 25 mins for us to get our drinks only for them to be awful. Only good thing was the refund and the door leaving there.

My wife and I travel from Waipukurau to have a treat at this coffee shop. We do this often. The staff are happy, friendly and always happy to help. They can be busy at times, BUT, that's because they are very good. The food is always very enjoyable and the coffee and tea is also great. Why go past other places? You ask. Simple they are worth it. A must try coffee stop.

Always nice food and service, but they need to check their mugs more often, served coffee in a mug with an old brown crack not nice .
