We rented a property and it was given to us during lockdown last year. We were told that the maintainences(a new carpet, light switches, kitchen drawers and cupboards near the sink) would be done while our stay. At this time we didn't knew the water heater regulator was also broken.The carpet guy comes in takes measurements and never to be seen again. We asked them to repair kitchen wood work as it was rotten from inside and guess what, the repair guy comes in and changes just the Top of kitchen table and leaves all the wood inside rotting.We were surprised as the repair guy told us that this was what his job was issued for.They repair the water heater regulator but apart from that nothing got repaired.If I were to rent a house, I would see another real estate business. :(

Recently sold our house with Dave and Karen and wow it sold in 2 weeks at full price. It was priced at the top end and was about 85 percent above gv .very professional team off agents .then 2 top that they found the perfect townhouse for us

So far so good.Good friendly helpful people.Let's wait and see if the property sells.

own beside one of their rentals, rental side are useless to say the best, have a hedge between our houses trying and waiting on them to go halves to have it cut and topped is a joke, I am on the benefit and looks like i will have to pay the whole bill, If i ever rent out my place they would be the last company i would use, Truly useless

I dealt with their rental debt and can't recommend them, the property managers are arrogant and look down on you like your something worthless, theyre just horrible and their attitude is very poor.

Worst real estate agent in invercargill !!!!We rented their property for a year and we have bad experience with them especially house maintenance related.

I recently was shown through a property by Gus Johnston, (feb 2020).And he was f*cking brilliant.That's actually an understatement.Gus was prompt with emails and phone calls, 100% ready to go above and beyond any real estate agent i have ever encountered before.He presents himself impeccably, has an outstanding attitude, has zero problems getting his hands dirty to aid in any form of inspection, and an absolute top bloke all round.Due to me and my builder flying down to view the property, Gus showed up with his ladder, screwdrivers, and every tool we couldn't bring with us (due to no stabby things on planes) to enable us to carry out a thorough property inspection. (2hrs worth)11/10 would use permanently if i won lotto and wanted a property portfolio, cannot recommend highly enough.
