Long long wait and when we finally get our order they stuff it up. Went through drive thru and just Bad bad service both staff and Managers incompetent. Big Mac with no bun on top hardly any sauce and cheese burger sauce all over the packaging.When I took the big mac back to complain the staff find it amusing - staff and managers as bad as their burgers.

I bought 2 times McDonald this week, first time I order happy meal and they forgot give me a drink. Second time I order cheese burger combo, I haven’t find cheese inside. So suggest don’t use driveway to place order, always have shortage supply.

Two burgers of itReceived both as Single pattyPoor attention to detailEdit: 02/03/23If you enjoy working 8-10hrs outdoors as a tradie, and don't have energy or mental capacity to cook. then look nowhere else, they take 1.5hrs to 2hrs to process your order. if not, just drive around to drive through to tell them your order has not been received. finally get your order only to find out a burger and 2 fries are missing. so go back in-store and let them know . they'll reward you with extra fries for you wasting 2hrs of your life waiting and going in circles . great experience

I like you can still sit down at 11pm in the restaurant, they were super busy with drive thru but it would be nice if my bbq bandit burger came with the cheese like it did in the picture it would have been so much better, they were busy i get it. It happens.

I ordered a sausage and egg muffin combo from the drive-thru today. When I got home, I realised no egg was in the muffin. It's frustrating not to get what I paid for. It seems like they didn't train their staff correctly on how to make food. This was the second time I experienced this frustration. Very disappointing.

Burgers were almost cold, fish tasted stale and mayo instead of tartare sauce on the burger. Team Leader telling a staff member about the cleaning she needed to do while we were at the window to be served.

Ordered 7 drink from the menu they were struggling to even find which one was ours and we spent the next hour trying to figure out which drinks were ours. Staffs were very unorganised, and were shouting at each other right in front of all us customers. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and both didn’t have eggs in them. This place is horrible and I would recommend you go the the one in northwest

Chips undercooked, burger looked like someone had sat on it as ingredients all out the side. . Latte milk not Almond as requested and only Luke warm and NO reciept at printout so no idea what number I was ( no one did ) the lady in front of me got happy meal with no happy meal in it. Lucky she wasn't at drive thru. No smiles and looked like a lot of stress. I go to different maccas throughout the country and this one was blah
