I went into this shop looking for a gift for my sister, and the customer service…well… lack there of, was nothing short of abysmal.Not only did they completely ignore my presence in their shop but there were 2 employees standing around gossiping and saying nasty things , I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a retail store ever before.Also, reading the other reviews highlighting the subtle racism from your staff completely validated my experience as a Maori woman in your shop, and will never be coming back.It’s such a shame, there’s such beautiful things in there.

I cant access website or shop now button..just freezes.. I used to love store for ideas and gifts were bought..but staff were pretty much hopeless, and condescending

The shop was empty and still the lady behind the counter couldn’t look up from her computer to greet me. I’ve worked in retail before and the first thing you learn is to greet any and all customers that enter your store. This lady looked to be in her 50s or 60s and should know better.I did a lap of the store, browsing, but to be honest when you don’t feel welcome you don’t feel like buying. There are plenty of other shops in Milford I’d rather spend my money.

Fabulous experience shopping and browsing at this eclectic and vibrant store - great staff always friendly and welcoming and helpful - mix of fashion and gifts is fabulous, always sure to surprise and delight! Love the new store!

Customer service is shocking, wouldnt spend my money here if it were the last store on earth due to snooty, arrogant attitudes.
