Really disappointing, could have been a cool place to go. Food is good but staff are rude and blunt. One stuff member ask me to move out of the way from the door, she came across short and unwelcoming.Another gave us our food without acknowledging us or giving eye contact.Not the first time I’ve been here and felt unwelcome..

Terrible service. My mum and I booked a table for 3pm this afternoon for nibbles and drinks. We ordered 2 cocktails at the bar and went to our table. After 10 mins a waitress came to take our food order - jalapenos cheese bites and prawn dumplings. After 40 mins, our food had still not arrived so I went to the bar to check all was ok. After 3 staff (the waitress that took our food order, a barman and a woman who appeared to be the supervisor) muddled about on the till, they said the food had not been ordered. I said it was ok, could they just order it now. They said no

Food was average, ribs were in no way slow cooked but tough to chew through and a bit stringy no fall off the bone or melt in the mouth moments. Pizza was average felt it was missing something.I understand we went on a public holiday and it wasn't that late in thr afternoon. People at the table beside us were in a drink before going elsewhere for dinner to which they were told they need to buy food in order to drink. Wanted to order fried and were told NO. it cannot be fries it needs to be a meal or a sharing platter greater than fries. There was def no queue of people but an array of empty tables. They left after there drink.

Woooow I love this place xxx I came here for lunch with my family so definitely spacious enough to hold more than 12 people one seating. We ordered their chips which was absolutely delicious and perfect amount. We had chicken wings which were mild spice and just delicious I recommend ordering their chicken wings. Now we ordered probably every pizza on their menu. I only have picture of one which was the chicken jalapeño and I'm going to be straight with you guys, every single pizza was tasty, well balanced flavour and satisfying. We ordered too much pizzas and walked away with a full pizza. The only beverages I ordered was a Pineapple, watermelon Mojito mocktail and a mocha. The pricing is sensible and worth it. The only down fall was, was waiting a while for a mocha (we were one of the first ones there). I didn't have a bad experience. It overlooks Puke Ariki and is.nice and breezy. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH !!!!

The pizza was way too salty (who put extra salt on a 4 cheese pizza ??), seems like I'm gonna spend a night drinking bottles and bottles of water. One of the waitress seemed very kind and caring, the other looked like she would have loved being anywhere but here ! Too bad, nice location and view but definetely some improvements to make.

Nice atmosphere and yummy drinks but super weird to close at 8:30/9pm on a summer evening. We also ordered pizza but it was a normal oven pizza when you have a wood fire pizza oven right there that you just close early. Makes no sense and was disappointed.

We bought a few margherita pizzas but they didn't come out beautifully charred as you'd expect. They claim wood fired pizza but in reality the pizzas are cooked by gas. A wood fired oven cooks a pizza in 60-90 seconds and not 6-9 minutes.Clearly the restaurant is wanting to reel customers in with the exciting wording of a classic neapolitan wood fired pizza but the result was sadly just a home made cheese pizza with no tomato to be tasted and too much salt and oil. The base tasted like one you would purchase from the supermarket. Dissapointing.Sorry to be harsh team! But this is weak pizza game and I see room for improvement. Neapolitan pizza means something to some people and this was an insult to pizza.

Great location.Friendly and helpful staff.Loved the chicken wings.Pork Belly pizza was good loved the flavors.One thing I would suggest would be to cook the pizza a little longer as the base was a little under done.
