AA Insurance Customer Service Centre - Auckland West

Everything was fine up until I got my car back & things weren’t working that were working before repair. I’ve contacted them about this & they are taking 10+ days to respond.Am seriously considering taking my insurance elsewhere

It took quite a while before somebody contacted me to bring in my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle I was called an Uber to take me home. The person that dealt with me either forgot to order it, but it never arrived until another person organized one. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the fix my radio wasn't working as the battery was disconnected. I had to take my vehicle back the next day so this could get sorted as it needed a code. The fix was good and my whole vehicle still shines after the polish. Tēnā koe.

One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the the same issues comes back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.

I do not think my claim was handled very well. I think there was no transparency on the assessment of my damaged car and the customer manager was condescending.During the assessment, the customer manager and the assessor were whispering to each other for not even 2 minutes and suddenly the customer manager said my car needed to be written off. This was a big decision to make for me, and the customer manager conveniently did not explain what my other options were.I had to pick up my damaged car from this place and drive it to a panelbeater who were much more helpful on explaining the claim processing procedures to me.This was my very first claim with AA after 2 years and I am very disappointed with how it went. After a lot of unpleasant phone calls they finally let me communicate with another customer manager about my car.I think what I learned is not to trust AA and always know that I have rights to my car. These people think your car does not matter. All they care about is obviously your money.

If I can, I won’t select any star there, this aa panelbeater was presented extremely horrible servicesI was making claim there, and he always said I didn’t believe, even I show all the photos to him, and did a wrong job to me as wellthey haven’t fix any parts of car, they ask me to pick up without ignition repair, and for my bumper, it didn’t repair in a right way, they said we want to give you the car ASAP…Lose logical, saying everything basic on his experience… how can he still work here!!I am going to fail my two car insurance in AA due to its serviceFirst time making car claim, feedback dreadful

Staff was very helpful and the work looks very good. Only downside was they tried to clean the inside of the windows and left a foggy residue on the windows that made it difficult to see through and I had to clean the inside with proper detailing cleaner to remove it.

Ripped me off. Their indian client hit my car while I was stationed at stop sign. She has told the AA Insurance lies & they listening to her. He is indian as well. I have photos videos witnesses, neighbours, shop owners of the crash. She refused to give details her son was in the car as well. Speed was the main factor & that's what caused the incident. Indian lady hit me while I was stationed speeding over speed limit..so how do you work that out that I have to pay? AA Insurance let's see your answer........

Personal experience with the team here today was awesome. Both the gentleman that greeted me and the technical assessor Lee were professional and the service provided was really pragmatic.What I thought was a big job that required repair/new part was addressed on the spot by Lee and his teammate, saving me the need for a claim all together!Obviously everyone's experience would be different, and the issue with my vehicle was more cosmetic; but based on my interaction with the guys today I would highly recommend them.
