Rose Tinted Flowers

Wow wow wow Wow!!! I cannot recommend Rose Tinted Flowers highly enough.Rosie and her team looked after me so well throughout my wedding planning and were so accommodating when our venue and plans changed multiple times (thanks Covid). Throughout it all, staff were so excited for our wedding plans, which was absolutely contagious. The end result was stunning. The staff at Rose Tinted Flowers are so creative with great attention to detail. They made me the most beautiful bouquet and wedding florals that I have EVER seen.

Can not believe the state of the flowers received from this florist. These photos are taken a few minutes after leaving the store as we live just around the corner. Most of the Flowers are clearly old and browning, the two roses were so soft (sign of how old they are) petals fell off on the same day. A giant cut off stem in the middle of the bouquet? Really? Unpresentable, lazy and not worth the hefty price tag.

I got flowers for my friend that is going back to the UK and I got more than I was expecting. Beautiful arrange of nice peach and pink flowers. I loved it and she loved it!Thank you team

I had high expectations and really loved their website and ordered an extra large bouquet for mums birthday as I’m overseas. The flowers received turned out completely different and nothing like on the picture online at all!! It was humiliating when mum sent a picture and it looks like a 30$ flower picked form the garden. If anything please deliver what you show at least. It was the worst experience ever!

I had to take a moment to write a review for Rose Tinted Flowers and their team. Honestly, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. It is incredibly rare to find a business that will go the extra mile to assist a customer but Rose Tinted exemplifies customer service! I'm so impressed with their business model and anyone, who wants to keep their business successful, should emulate their care and attention.Our daughter was turning 21 and is attending Uni in Auckland, though we live in the States. Since we couldn't be there to help her celebrate, I decided to find something that would let her know we were thinking of her and wished we could be there. I searched awhile online and came across Rose Tinted Flowers. I was immediately impressed with the beauty of the floral arrangements, as they were not the typical, generic flowers you often see online.In addition, they also have a relationship with a particular baker and can offer cakes with your flowers. What a wonderful option! On top of that, they can arrange to deliver the flowers and the cake to your recipient.I placed our order online, which was super easy to navigate and selected my delivery date. Shortly after, I received a confirmation of my order. Yay! Shortly after that, I received an incredibly thoughtful email, explaining that the day for my delivery was a holiday for NZ (Waitangi Day) and that the bakery would be closed. Hmm. What to do???So, Ruby offered to either make a larger floral arrangement or refund the cake portion of my order. I emailed back explaining that we were in a tricky spot, since I couldn't very well hand deliver a cake, as we do not live in NZ and since it was an important milestone for our daughter, was wondering if they could recommend another bakery. Amy reached out and assisted with the whole process, from the flower arrangement, to contacting an alternate bakery, to delivery and managing to keep my purchase, set at the original agreed upon price.Not only did they make all the arrangements for me with the alternate bakery (Blue Bells Cakery) and continued to keep in contact with me through the whole process, but they also made all the arrangements to pick up the cake, so that the flowers and cake could still be delivered together!! I couldn't believe the thoughtfulness and stellar customer service! They went completely above and beyond!Our daughter received the flowers and cake and was thrilled! She even took the cake to Whitianga to share with family and friends and they raved about how delicious the cake tasted.I cannot say enough good things about this company, their professionalism, willingness to problem solve, take on a bit of a challenge AND during Covid AND on a holiday!Please support this business, as they model the kinds of relationship, we all hope to have with our local businesses.Thank you so much, Rose Tinted Flowers!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience here has left me very disappointed.My overseas boyfriend ordered a dried bouquet to be delivered and, while I am not an expert florist, I can tell when something doesn’t look pretty. When done properly a dried bouquet can be stunning and colourful and doesn’t look dead.I understand that the flowers used are seasonal and taken from what is in store but this looks like a bunch of weeds thrown together. It is in no way a stunning arrangement. The owner offered to replace the bouquet with a live one, which is appreciated, but it makes me wary of what that bouquet will be like - I would have preferred a full or even partial refund for my boyfriend. I plan to take the good pieces out and create my own arrangement with other dried flowers I have collected... It’s unfortunate because when you pay for a bouquet you shouldn’t have to make it yourself.

We chose Rose Tinted Flowers for our wedding because it is in our neighbourhood and we wanted everything to be local to us.Roxy was amazing from start to finish. The bridal bouquet was everything I could have hoped for and we based the remaining flowers on the colour of our mothers dresses (we didn't have a theme but used our individual colours to guide the buttonholes and corsages).The bouquet concept was structured yet soft to match my dress (lace and crepe), and slightly cascading through the use of spring flowers and placement (see pics). I couldn't have asked for more. They were provided in boxes and vases to keep fresh, which we returned after the wedding. Thanks Roxy Allnut for your super communication, your dedication and your talent.
